Dear Family and Friends,

We are having a memorial and celebration service in remembrance of Brian and Brandon Andrews on Friday, November 28th. The service will be held at Chapel by the Lake at 4:00 PM. We are asking all who can attend to please join us.

In the mean time we are collecting photos and asking for stories. Anything which you wish to share can be sent to:

  • bj@bassower.com,
  • bandrews@gci.net, or
  • 2327 Meadow Lane
  • Juneau, AK 99801

While we have decided to move forward with a service for Brian and Brandon, we continue to search for their whereabouts. Efforts to find them are ongoing, however diminishing in intensity at this point.

On November 28th, we hope to remember Brian and Brandon joyously and allow our hearts to overflow with the love they spread to each and every one of us. We thank you in advance for attending and sharing with us.

– Joyce, Nikki, B.J., and Veida

Gosh guys,

I happen to like the airplane stories, some of them being simlar to our own: like getting yelled at by the General after landing at the base in bad weather.

Or the “I had to pee so bad . . .”, small plane, stories. Hanes could probably sell more tee shirts if they knew how much fluid a beefy-tee could hold!

How about the falling down tree on Christmas Eve (after burning some of the presents in the burn barrel)?

The humor Brain found in the bad situations was remarkable. This is what we need to remember for it will sustain many of us and perhaps teach us how to get through life’s difficult times with dignity, style, and most of all, a loving sense of gut breaking humor!

One could not find a better family to have in such an adverse event.

I saw your story on ‘A Harm’s Way’ I was in total shock when they said they had to give up the search. My heart goes out to you and your family. As a stranger from across the country in Connecticut, my heart breaks for you. I wish you all the peace in the world. Your family will be in my thoughts.

Joyce, it saddens us that what seemed impossible is now inevitable. We, The Feeney’s, as a family, would like to do something constructive on behalf of Brian and Brandon. Is there a particular charity that they supported that we may make a donation to on their behalf? As always, you are deep in our hearts and hope that your heart heals with time, and never forgets the smiles and the laughter that you shared. Connie

You have been in our thoughts all day. We wish we could be there to share the many wonderful memories that will be expressed today. We hope you find joy in the stories that are shared and that you feel the love that many have for you because of the love that your family has given others. God bless you all.
